London to Brighton Bike Ride 2012

british_heart_foundation_featured

I have decided to give the London to Brighton Bike Ride another go in an attempt to raise some money for the British Heart Foundation and to see if I can beat last years time of 6 and a half hours. I am hoping to get an earlier spot this time so I won’t have the slow people getting in the way.

If you have a spare pound or 2 and would like to donate, please use this link: http://www.justgiving.com/teamdooza

This year my good friend Neil is joining the team, he is an old friend and my training buddy. Right this moment he is much fitter than I am, but my training schedule is being put in to place, so I should be in good shape for the ride.

Gallery: The Temple Ball @ The Assembly Rooms, Glastonbury 24th March 2012

I went down to Glastonbury with Julz (Fushion Sound System) and had a great time with The Temple Ball Crew. These photos were taken on the night. I didn’t have the smoke machine on so you can’t see the beams, there was so much UV you might not have seen them anyway. It was a great party, next one is in Autumn.

The Temple Ball @ The Assembly Rooms, Glastonbury 24th March 2012

Saturday 24th March see’s the return of  The Temple Ball at The Assembly Rooms, Glastonbury, for another night of progressive psy-trance in an imersive ultraviolet geometric temple.

We have a special guest, Ashan Project, who headlined Bearded Theory Festival, performing along side JimJam, Gazillion and Barbara PsyStand.

The Assembly Rooms is decked out with the amazing decor from the Art of Sacred Geometry, and art from Torrin.

Sound is provided by the legendary Fushion Sound System and the lighting is provided by Dooza (me!).

Tickets are £10 on the door or £8.50 in advance from Changing World Music and Minerva Beads and Crafts, both in Glastonbury. Its always best to get there early, especially if the last one was anything to go by!

Kirituhi Tattoo at the Great British Tattoo Show

This years Great British Tattoo Show, held at Olympia, London on the 21st and 22nd of April 2012 looks set to be amazing. I will be going along but won’t be getting any work done due to financial commitments, but that doesn’t mean you can’t!

Tony Unwin from Kirituhi Tattoo will be there and available for work. Tony is the UK’s only dedicated maori, polynesian, samoan and hawiian tattau artist. He did my forearm sleeve and one day will complete my arm.
